My machine doesn't work any more. Can I still sell it?
Yes. Mark it as "needs repair" and describe the fault. Non-working units still sell for parts, and bowls and blades often work fine on their own.
Do I need the original box?
It helps, but it isn't required. If you don't have it, we'll send packaging with your courier label.
What should I do before I ship?
Clean every part, and on connected models sign out of your recipe account and reset the machine so the buyer can set it up as their own.
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically a few days after it arrives, whichever comes first.
